Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age over 18, confirmed RAO, treatment performed with the use of TUA on the same side as the RAO, consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age under 18, lack of consent to participate in the study, occlusion of the forearm arteries (both ulnar or radial artery)

Presence of proximal inflow from IOA to RA in Doppler ultrasound.

Presence of retrograde inflow to RA through the UA on Doppler ultrasound
