Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult female and male inpatients at the Herzogenaurach Specialist Clinic Treatment diagnosis: H-TEP or K-TEP ¦ first implantation at the respective joint ¦ sufficient load-bearing capacity ¦ sufficient knowledge of German ¦ GKV, GRV or BG payers (social or Health-Insurance)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: indication for medical training therapy medical reasons organizational reasons three failed attempts at training with the training assistant

The main endpoint measurements were acceptance level and effectiveness. For this purpose were used: -Harris Hip Score, -Hospital for Special Surgery Score, -FIM ™ instrument -Hanover Functional Ability Questionnaire
