Group 1: Computer aided training. The universal training assistant (UTA) is used to bring a selection of computer-aided, multimedia, real-time training content for the rehabilitation of motor skills

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult female and male inpatients at the Herzogenaurach Specialist Clinic Treatment diagnosis: H-TEP or K-TEP ¦ first implantation at the respective joint ¦ sufficient load-bearing capacity ¦ sufficient knowledge of German ¦ GKV, GRV or BG payers (social or Health-Insurance)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: indication for medical training therapy medical reasons organizational reasons three failed attempts at training with the training assistant
