18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adults: = 18 and = 90 years old 2. disease activity: a. AD: vIGA = 3 and EASI score = 21. b. AD: Extrinsic AD (sensitisation to multiple environmental allergens). c. CU: UCT score = 12.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CU: With asthma or/and atopic dermatitis.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the expression and relevance of pro-inflammatory factors in the skin and blood (by proteomic analysis, flow cytometry and histological examination of skin biopsies) in patients with inflammatory skin diseases.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. assess the correlation of disease-dependent pro-inflammatory factors and disease activity and duration. 2. investigate the correlation between disease-dependent molecular inflammatory pathways and drug response. 3. assess the identification of potential pharmacological targets using post hoc analysis of molecular data.
