Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.) Consent to study 2.) thoracic operation with single lung ventilation 3.) no overlapping between electric impedance tomography electrodes and surgical field

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of electric impedance tomography

MeasureTime frame
A blinded observer can distinguish the ventilated lung side using the electric impedance tomography ventilation image.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
A computer-based algorithm can correctly identify a pneumothorax using electric impedance tomography
