Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in skin physiological parameters on the forearm (TEWL, colorimetry, corneometry). P- "patient" - patient with actinic keratosis, skin of the forearm on the right or left. I - "Intervention" - 4 fields on the forearm (daylight PDT, fractional laser, daylight, daylight PDT with the fractional laser) C - "Comparison" - Each measurement is compared to the base measured value (time 0). O - Outcome - skin physiological measured values ??as delta value to the base value 0 minutes (before intervention): TEWL (barrier change, in g / m2 / h) Colorimetry erythema (a-values, taken from the L * a * b * units) Corneometry (skin moisture, in relative Corneometer® units) The delta values ??of a measurement time (30 minutes, 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days) are always compared to the base value of 0 minutes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of actinic keratoses on the scalp under daylight PDT with the fractional laser. P - "patient" - patient with actinic keratosis, scalp I - "Intervention" - daylight PDT with the fractional laser (one side of the scalp) C - "Comparison" - daylight PDT without fractional laser (the other side of the scalp) O - "Outcome" - percent reduction in actinic keratosis Definition of the variables: aKvTh = number of actinic keratoses before therapy (is clinically counted) aKnTh = number of actinic keratoses after therapy (is counted clinically) EbaKnTH = successfully treated actinic keratoses after therapy (will be calculated - see below) RedaK = reduction of actinic keratoses in percent (is calculated - see below) EbaKnTH = aKvTh - aKnTh RedaK = EBAKnTH / aKvTh * 100
