Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 patients from the urogynecological consultations are to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Presence of an enterostoma system (anamnestic intestinal resection with neurolysis) • Current therapy with sacral neuromodulation with insufficient contractility • Presence of an artificial sphincter • Condition after Sphincteroplasty at high-grade perineal injury

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Investigation of the significance of 2D/3D (2/3 dimensional) perineal sonography in the assessment of sphicter ani function as a non-invasive examination technique.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Investigation of the additional measurement parameter, which can be collected by means of 2D/3D (2/3 dimensional) perineal sonography (i.e. area of the hiatus urogenitalis) when assessing the severity of incontinence.
