Group 1: Study group: VR model
15 minutes studytime in a virtual model of a human middle ear.
Group 2: Control group: conventional plastic models
15 minutes of study at five different plastic models to the topic of human middle ear anatomy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult students (= 18 years); participation in the ENT-educational practical course at the University of Freiburg in the summer semester 2021; consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No consent; cancellation of participation before randomization.
