Group 1: Static strength training on fingerboards, 12 minutes daily, 10-12 therapy sessions. Group 2: dynamic strength training on Gripmaster hand trainers, 12 minutes daily, 10-12 therapy sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cerebral central nervous disease, inpatient rehab on phase C or D at SRH Gesundheitszentrum Dobel, hand strength at least 2.3 kg on the affected side, no dyspraxia, no neglect, minimum age 18 years, signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suspicion of dyspraxia or neglect, spasticity in the affected hand (Tardieu scale >1).
