Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary endpoint 1: Work-related well-being/work-related health/musculoskeletal complaints under pandemic conditions. Primary endpoint 2: Presence/adherence to current standards of an office workplace. Due to the study design, two primary endpoints can be determined. The first questionnaire "Online Questionnaire for Employee Survey at the University Hospital"/"Online Questionnaire for Employee Survey at the RP and LR" aims to assess work-related health, especially musculoskeletal complaints. The participants of this questionnaire are given the opportunity to take part in an ergonomic workplace analysis, which takes place at their home office workplace and has the goal of ascertaining the actual state with the help of the checklist "Ergonomic analysis in the home office". In this context, an intervention (showing balancing and movement exercises) is carried out. 4 working weeks later, the musculoskeletal complaints and the performance of movement exercises in the home office are surveyed again.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Knowledge of health-promoting behaviors in the workplace.
