Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dementia and Delirium diagnosis following the ICD10 criteria 2. therapy in the geriatric psychiatry ward of the LVR Clinic Cologne (length of stay: > 3 days) 3. informed consent of patient or authorized representative respectively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no informed consent/motivation to participate of patient 2. age < 65 years 3. repeated removal of movement sensors 4. wheelchair
