Group 1: Assessment of movement behaviour via movement sensors at the lower back and wrist of the patients (72h). Moreover subjective evaluation of patients' motor behaviour will be assessed by quest

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dementia and Delirium diagnosis following the ICD10 criteria 2. therapy in the geriatric psychiatry ward of the LVR Clinic Cologne (length of stay: > 3 days) 3. informed consent of patient or authorized representative respectively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no informed consent/motivation to participate of patient 2. age < 65 years 3. repeated removal of movement sensors 4. wheelchair
