Group 1: Cancer patients who have participated in the programme "Online Music Therapy for Cancer Patients" of the Psychosocial Cancer Counselling Centre Freiburg are interviewed once by trained staff

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Present (definitely diagnosed) cancer disease -18 years or older -Currently receiving support from the Psychosocial Cancer Counselling Centre (CCCF). -Participation in the digital music therapy programme "Online Music Therapy for Cancer Patients" -Good knowledge of the German language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Assessment by the counsellor that participation in the interview could lead to psychological destabilisation of the participant. (If patients are in an emotionally agitated or stressful state after the counselling session, they will not be approached about the study. This assessment will be made by the counsellor in consultation with the patient.) -Acute deterioration (incl. suicidality) of the participant's psychological situation

MeasureTime frame
The primary objective criterion is the qualitative description and evaluation of digital music therapy service formats from the user and provider perspective.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary objective criterion is the derivation of recommendations for action for the further psychosocial care of cancer patients by means of digital formats.
