Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The main inclusion criterion is evidence of a perforation of the pharynx and hypopharynx between 2010 and 2020 at the University Hospital Freiburg, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. In addition, all relevant findings must be available in the patient file or clinic information system.
