Group 1: Treatment of the lower back area for 3 minutes with instrument-assisted soft tissue massage

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Absence of exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No surgeries in the lumbar area. No back pain or other pathologies in the lumbar area.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
All measurements will take place in the lower back and are to take place between 14/06/21 and 19/06/21. These include: 1) Measurement of bio-impedance 2) Measurement of tissue stiffness 3) Measurement of skin temperature.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The evaluation of the measurements should be completed by 30.06.21.	—
