Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is the acquisition of the functional long – term results using the MOXFQ Score with a follow-up of at least 12 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoints are the AOFAS score, the reconstruction of the subtalar joint, the bony fracture consolidation, achievement of full weightbearing, late postoperative complications (osteomyelitis, pseudarthrosis, revision surgery) and the evaluation of quality of life. The objectification of mobility based on kinematic (distance, angle, time) and kinetic (pressure) gait parameters using gait analysis with video based, marker less 3D gait analysis and plantar sole pedobarography and the acquisition of the muscle activity of Mm. gastrocnemius lateralis and medialis and M. tibialis anterior based on OEMG and inquiry about the supply of aids and occupational participation.
