Group 1: Obese subjects, intervention taking part in a 6 month preparation course before bariatric surgery, after which bariatric surgery is conducted, completing the following questionaires:

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: psychologically evaluated as appropriate for bariatric surgery, i. e. no contraindication like schizophrenia, unstable psychic conditions, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: according to S3-guidelines: Subjects with a body mass index of lower than 40 without and below 30 with further obesitv related complications
