Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - patients for elective surgery undergoing general anesthesia. - 2-10 years old children (at the date of the intervention)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - General anesthesia in the last six months - Communication disorders (insurmountable language barrier, complex mental retardation, severe visual impairment, severe hearing loss) - Contraindication for midazolam - Contraindication for EMLA patches
