Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Arm 1: Parenthood with children aged 0 to 17 years or existing pregnancy / fathers-to-be. • Arm 1: Diagnosis of a mental disorder or addiction according to ICD 10. • Arm 2: Successful training as a child responsible staff and working in one of the three participating hospitals. • Sufficient ability to communicate with the study staff, to answer questions or to complete questionnaires. • Ability to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria: • Arm 1: Severity of mental disorder does not allow participation in the study • Incapacity to provide informed consent
