Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: seminomatous germ cell tumor 1. Initial diagnosis with clinical stage IIA/B 2. relapsing clinical stage I during active surveillance 3. relapsing clinical stage I after 1 cycle of Carboplatin chemotherapy adult patient who is capable of giving consent and is able to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: clinical Stage IIC Status post scrotal/retroperitoneal surgery except for testicular cancer Status post chemotherapy other then mentioned Status post radiotherapy of the retroperitoneum psychological disease language problems life-threatening situation of the patient
