Group 1: 80 patients are interviewed before and during their treatment (in the first postoperative days, between 3 and 6 months, after 12 months) and subjected to a clinical and radiological assessmen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 60 years, low-energy trauma, anterior and / or posterior pelvic ring fracture, written informed consent, sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who cannot be informed without legal care or health care proxy, high-speed trauma, age <60 years, secondary transfer with surgical treatment outside of the BG University Hospital Bergmannsheil Bochum
