Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (Co-) authored at least one paper on foam rolling published in a pubmed-listed peer reviewed journal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-english speaking

MeasureTime frame
Consensus among academic experts surveyed. Definition: - at least 75% of the experts must have agreed that the respective contraindication/danger sign is a contraindication/caution in round 2 of the Delphi process with a score of at least 5 on a 6-point Likert scale - At least 70% of the participating experts must have agreed in round 3 of the Delphi process that the respective item is a contraindication.—
