Interventions

Group 1: Participants of the intervention group perform seven supervised training sessions of cycling spread over two weeks. The aim of the CE intervention is to repeatedly expose subjects to exercise
parallel to the 2wk training period of the intervention group, subjects in the control group continue with their habitual activities. Extra-training physical activities are assessed with the IPAQ-SF q

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - no contraindications to MRI - body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/cm2 - no history of neuropsychiatric diseases - right-handedness - self-reported physical activity of < 4 h/week - no prior experience with the skill to be learnt (stabilometer) - no past or present performance-oriented participation in endurance and/or coordinative-demanding sports (for example gymnastics, slacklining)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - contraindications to MRI - body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/cm2 - history of neuropsychiatric diseases - left-handedness - self-reported physical activity of > 4 h/week - prior experience with the skill to be learnt (stabilometer) - and past or present performance-oriented participation in endurance and/or coordinative-demanding sports (for example gymnastics, slacklining)
