Interventions

Group 1: Patients with HNSCC will be examined at three time points of response assessment - at baseline, 8-12 weeks later, 6 months later - with 18F-FDG PET/CT and liquid biopsy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - First-line immunotherapy - locally advanced / metastatic disease - target lesions in PET/CT - life expectancy > 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - autoimmune disease - local resection or treatment of HNSCC - treatment with steroids or immunosuppressive medication
