Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The objective of the present study is to verify to what extent the use of the CE-certified ExacTrac Dynamic System provides equally precise position control parameters as those generated by reference methods.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In addition, the aim is to record differences between the surface scanning and orthogonal radiograph data and reference methods. In addition, the extent of intrafractional patient motion will be recorded. Based on the collected data, the frequency of positioning controls by means of additional ionizing radiation could be reduced, if necessary, since radiographs with the ExacTrac system basically lead to significantly lower additional dose exposure compared to existing methods (e.g. CBCT).
