Inclusion criteria: Included people are: - involved in patient care at the University Hospital Heidelberg or at other hospitals (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, social workers), - working at a general ward that is implementing or has implemented the CPOE system.

Following outcomes are being assessed in a before-and-after analysis: - effort to complete certain tasks - process changes - utilisation of documentation systems - patient safety culture - medication documentation quality - documentation comprehensiveness - organisational readiness for implementing change - interprofessional collaboration - workplace satisfaction - system usability - expectations and opinions regarding the CPOE system
