Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Impaired quality of life Medical diagnosis according to ICD-10 (M05-M06) Informed personal consent to participate in the study Sufficient understanding of the German language Access to the internet through own smartphone or computer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: see inclusion criteria; other chronic inflammatory diseases suicidal risk psychoses
