| The primary objective of the study is to determine to what extent chronic or acute fatigue of the ischiocrural musculature has an influence on the effects of muscular damage. For this purpose, structural and functional changes in the trained musculature will be recorded at 6 measurement time points (pre, post, 1h post, 24h post, 48h post, 72h post) using the measurement methods described above. | — |
