Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: only persons who are capable of giving informed consent, only persons who are able to answer questionnaire independently, only persons who have started semi stationary or full time treatment of mental illness at the clinic Wahrendorff in the last 7 days

Exclusion criteria: all persons who do not meet all inclusion criteria

| The aim of the study is to gain a better understanding of motivational aspects for patients' participation in exercise therapy in semi stationary and full time treatment in psychiatric care. For this purpose, patients with mental illness will receive once a questionnaire one week after start of treatment. It is a self-report paper-pencil questionnaire. Individual preferences for specific exercise therapies, motives and goals of exercise therapy (Bernese motive and goal inventory in leisure and health sports), outcome expectations, self-efficacy expectations, the intention to participate in exercise therapy during treatment as well as sports- and movement-related self-concordance are measured. | — |
