Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-pedunculated colorectal polyp =20mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 1-1,5cm) for the usage of the cold snare, patient not fit for consent, pregnancy, known coagulation disorder, therapy of anticoagulants can't be stopped as recommended for polypectomy, known chronic inflammatory bowel disease, invalid bowel preparation, ASA-Score IV-V

rate of intraprocedural bleedings, postpolypectomy syndromes, additional resection techniques, technical successful procedures and macroscopic complete resections, procedure time, procedure speed, rate of residual adenoma after 4 and 12 months
