Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group 1 (Persons with lifestyle-related risk factors for cardiovascular diseases): At least one of the following risk factors for cardiovascular diseases: Smoking (tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaporizers), Low physical activity, obesity, unhealthy diet, stress, sleep disorders. Participation is possible when: taking medication to lower blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar, or anticoagulants; existing arteriosclerosis, heart disease, diabetes mellitus type 1 or 2. Other inclusion criteria: good German language skills (speaking and reading),personal preparation to the interview, using key questions about the DECADE website, technical equipment to participate in the online-group interview, Member of a statutory health insurance, informed consent. Group 2 (General practitioners): treatment of at least 500 statutory health insurance patients per quarter; personal preparation to the interview, using key questions about DECADE website; technical equipment to participate in the online-group interview online, informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Group 1 (Persons with lifestyle-related risk factors for cardiovascular diseases): recent heart attack, stroke, major surgery, serious illness, pregnancy, communication problems when listening and speaking, personal acquaintance with the project staff. Group 2 (General practitioners): Planed participation in the DECADE main study.
