Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants age 18 - 55

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Current Symptoms (within the last week) o Jaw or sternoclavicular joint tenderness or pain o Headaches or dizziness o Throat, nose or ear infection o Tinnitus o Bruxism and / or usage of a night guard o Sternoclavicular joint instability o Frozen shoulder • Past History o Jaw locking o Fracture, surgery, osseus fusion of the jaw or sternoclavicular joint • Other o Anxiety related to: § frequent maximal mouth opening § having mouth opening measured with a digital calliper § receiving an input to the sternoclavicular joint from a chiropractic adjustment tool o Latex allergy (gloves will be used to measure mouth opening) o A disease, including cancer, diabetes, a poorly-controlled cardiovascular condition, on blood thinning medication, a contagious skin condition. o Any condition that may result in an adverse reaction, including pregnancy, hypermobility, Ehlos-Danlos Syndrome, chronic pain syndrome, chronic fatigue, severe headaches, fibromyalgia, or osteoporosis. In addition, benign bone tumours, such as enchondromas, Tietze Syndrome, Ollier Disease (Enchondromatosis), or Maffucci’s Syndrome (a combination of multiple bone tumours).
