Group 1: Intervention Group
Patients are treated - next to the regular physical therapy - with a daily one hour electric stimulation of the legs for at least 2 weeks, maximum 6 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - stay of at least 2 weeks at intensive care unit - written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - cardiogenic shock - extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, impella - myocardial infarction (STEMI) within the last 7 days - RR II - abnormality of the skin within the area of Stimulation - psychiatric diseases, Delirium - pregnancy - metallic implants of the legs - progressive and fast course of a disease, which doesn't allow to see the effect of the treatment
