Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy female and male volunteers, informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: missing cooperativeness, current participation in an intervention study, smoker, pregnancy, chronic disease, diabetes, untreatet endocrine disease, autoimmune disease, insufficient, untreatet hypertension >160/95 mmHg, pacemaker, cancer within the last 3 years, cancer within the last 3 years, diverticulosis, acute infection, antibiotics within the last 3 months, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, intolerances or known allergies to the supplement
