Inclusion criteria: acute COVID-19, written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of legal capacity, lack of written consent, imprisonment, patients <18 years.

Prospective analysis of COVID-19 patients monitored in home quarantine with patient-remote-Monitoring with respect to outcome and predictive Parameters.
