Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Planned, elective, colorectal surgery for any indication (e.g. coloractal cancer, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease) - Ability to understand the nature and scope of the study - Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - American Society of Anesthesiologists score > 3 - language barrier
