Inclusion criteria: Patientin the department, of full age, can be given consent, sufficient language skills german

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no patient of the department, not of full age, not fit for consent, insufficient language skills german

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of the study is to determine the health literacy of the department's patients. This is determined by means of a questionnaire, which is evaluated continuously.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is also about improving the department's performance. The same questionnaire is used for this purpose and evaluated on an equally continuous basis.
