In this study, the lack of digitization in the German healthcare system is countered. A new anamnesis software is examined with regard to its acceptance by the general population and general practitioners. In addition, facilitating and hindering factors of the implementation will be investigated. Inclusion criteria: Voluntary study participation; age of majority; availability of own digital end device (e.g.: smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC).
