Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age: 18 - 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • operation on the lower extremity in the past • Achilles tendon rupture or foot fracture in the past • Doctor visit caused by lower extremity injury during the last six months • persistent ankle instability (Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool: < 26 points on one or both sides) • body mass index: 30 or more • intolerance: medical tape • dermatological disease on lower extremity
