Group 1: WON treated with EVT (intial vacuum therapy via a transmural endoscopic access). Group 2: WON in similar severity, treated with center standard.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with walled-off pancreatic necrosis in need of intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None.

severe complations or death regardless of cause

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- probable or possible severe complication or death associated with EVT - probable or possible mild complication associated with EVT - surgical or percutaneous step-up - clinical success - technical success - radiological success - sustained success in follow up (at least 2 month after discharge) - course of infection under EVT (CRP, PCT, WBC) - duration of therapy - quality of life after therapy
