Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: written informed consent age >70 Years outpatient treatment for cancer systemic treatment willing to adhere to supportive care recommendations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of understanding the German language. Dementia, presence of guardianship, multiple malignancies are explicitly no exclusion criteria

proof of efficacy of a comprehensive geraitzric assessment and focussed intervention on T2 (12 weeks) independence (IADL) and QOL

Description of the T2 variable CTCAE >/= 3 and presence of palliative care documents (advance directive, advanced care plan, emergency plan)
