Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: men and women, pre-diabetic (HbA1c 5,7 to 65%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone substitution; incl. thyroid Hormone therapy Smokers One-sided diet (e.g. vegan) People in need of treatment Cardiac arrhythmia Heart failure (EF<55) Performance-limiting pAVK (Fontaine stage = II) Performance- or training-limiting degenerative joint diseases or muscular diseases Performance-limiting kidney disease Performance-limiting neurological disease oncological diseases in the history (< 5 years) Psychiatric and/or addictive disorders
