Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Health professionals with min. 3-year (german) education - Therapeuts (ergo-, logo-, physiotherapy) - Currently working in a elderly care facility - min. 18 years old - able to understand and speak German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who joined a similar intervention (means education/workshop about technology) in the last 6 months
