Group 1: 1-armed observational trial. Patients presenting at the UCCH survivorship consultation report their psychosocial distress and requirement of support via questionnaire (DT, SCNS-SF34, PHQ-9, G

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cancer diagnosis who are undergoing follow-up and are currently tumor-free, patients who have completed tumor therapy or are in long-term maintenance therapy, age = 18 years, provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a cancer diagnosis and are currently undergoing therapy, age < 18 years, or did not provide written informed consent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Impact of time since diagnosis on self-reported distress/anxiety/depression/fatigue.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Impact of treatment modality/cancer diagnosis group/age on self-reported distress (NCCN DT), requirement of support (SCNS SF), anxiety (GAD-7), depression (PHQ-9) and fatigue (FACIT). The assessment of the questionnaires will be conducted within the survivorship councelling (week 0) and another time postal (week 24).
