MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of both training programs, participants answer an online questionnaire at pretest (t1), after completion of the training (t2), and 3 months after completion of the training (t3). The primary endpoint is determined at t2 with items on work-related perseverative thinking (unpublished)
