Inclusion criteria: – Voluntary informed consent – Couples living together – Participants of the NutriAct Family study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: – Kidney diseases – Gastrointestinal diseases – Cognitive impairments (e.g., dementia) – Cardiovascular problems (especially wearing a cardiac pacemaker)
