Inclusion criteria: Part A: members of the medical societies mentioned above; Part B: patients who underwent gastrostomy for tube feeding via PEG/PEJ in the department of pediatric gastroenterology at the children's hospital in Bochum between 2009-2022

Exclusion criteria: Part A: not being a member of the medical societies mentioned above; Part B: patient's file not available
