Group 1: Patients will be studied during routine follow up presentations every three months up to 12 months after initial diagnosis.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women> 18 years • Gynecological cancer • Treatment at the Homburg University Women's Clinic • Sufficient language skills to fill out the questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • pregnancy • Immobility (e.g. unstable spine with osseous metastasis) - only as a control group without physical activity.

Influence of physical activity / movement on • General physical health o Fitness test (5-minute walk test ...) o body weight o blood pressure o Glucose metabolism • The body composition (body fat percentage, muscle mass, etc.) o Bioelectrical impedance analysis o Calipometry • Biomarkers relevant to prognosis o White blood cell counts, tumor markers, liver and kidney values o Lymphocyte subpopulations o Interleukin profiles in serum • the quality of life and the psychosocial outcome o Quality of life: EORTC-QoQ C30 (Aaronsen 1993) o Distress Thermometer (Mehnert 2006) o mental illness (depression, anxiety disorder, fatigue) o Professional reintegration Influence of different forms and intensities of physical activity / movement on therapy adherence / feasibility of oncological therapy (endocrine therapy, chemotherapy (postponement / dose reduction of protocols due to pathological laboratory values) o Metabolic efficiency of task (MET) o With group connection (running training, Nordic walking group, RehaSport) o Without group connections (swimming, running, fitness studio)
