Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - myocardial infarction (Non-STEMI, STEMI) or stable Angina Pectoris - intervention (PCI / CABG) within 24h prior to enrolment - relevant coronary stenosis (> 50%)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - atypical acute coronary syndrome (e.g. Takotsubo, Minoca) - severe comorbidity - Thromocyte deficiency
