Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants must be in unemployed (> 1 year), must have access to a smartphone (Android version 6.0 or iPhone 5 or higher), and speak fluently german (minimal level: B2).

Exclusion criteria: Participants, which do not meet the inclusion criteria.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primarily, the effectiveness of the digital intervention will be assessed by questionnaires at baseline (T0), after 9-weeks (T1) and after a 3-month follow-up period (T2). The questionnaire includes 94 questions on dietary and physical activity behavior, technology use, and demographic background.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondarily, the use of the digital intervention is surveyed by means of qualitative interviews.
