Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Already established human donor milk banks; all Level I and Level II NICUs in Germany; Mothers of prematurely born infants of a birth weight of less than 1,500g whose child is between 6 and 18 months old at the time of the survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Birth clinics of level III and level IV; Fathers of prematurely born infants
