Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years, health, voluntariness, written informed consent, sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal of the declaration of consent, request for termination, glass eye, anisocoria, pregnant or breastfeeding women, BMI> 35, weight <55 kg, implanted pacemaker or defibrillator, psychiatric illness, neurological and neuromuscular illness, concomitant diseases (e.g. diabetes mellitus), ingestion of drugs such as hormones, antidepressants or analgesics, other centrally acting drugs, chronic pain, dermatological disease like pruritus
